Gift Giving

Canadians are very generous giving gifts for birthdays and Christmas, if you are lucky enough to be invited to someone’s home for dinner, take chocolates, flowers or a bottle of wine. In French speaking Canada, sending flowers in advance of the dinner party is seen as good practice, if you give wine, make sure it is a good bottle.
