International Slavery Museum

The International Slavery Museum in Liverpool is dedicated to the history of the transatlantic slave trade. It displays issues such as freedom, identity, human rights, racial discrimination and cultural change. The museum takes the visitors on a journey of a slave’s life. The entry is free.

Merseyside Maritime Museum

Merseyside Maritime Museum is a museum to explore and learn about the development of the world famous port. There are displays of boats, paintings, ship models, ship wrecked objects and uniforms which bring the history back to life. The stories behind the great tragedies of Titanic, Lusitania and Forgotten Empress are displayed. Variety of exhibits, trails and free events make Merseyside Maritime Museum a fun place to visit with the kids. Free entry and WiFi.

Museum of Liverpool

Museum of Liverpool is world’s first national museum dedicated to the history of a regional city and has galleries that display the history of the city. Their 6,000+ objects display includes the stage where John Lennon and Paul McCartney first met and other Liverpool’s rich sporting and creative history. Plus free Wifi is available with free entry.
