Are there any areas to avoid?

Although Frankfurt has Germany’s highest crime rate it is still an incredibly safe city. In Germany crime is not much of a problem and Frankfurt is regularly ranked as one the safest cities in the world. Of course, as with any city, still be aware of your belongings but Frankfurt is known to be perfectly safe and so you can relax!
